Established in 1986, Production and Development Services has 30 years’ experience of providing specialist sheet metal fabrication to a wide range of industries.
Our mission is to continue to provide value, reliability and quality sub-contract sheet metal engineering and associated services to the highest standard.
Originally set up to serve the electronics industry along the South Coast, the name was chosen to reflect our wider capability and demonstrate a willingness to actively solve manufacturing problems. From our early days we have steadily invested and extended our capabilities as a direct response to our customers’ specific requirements.
To support this, in-house machining and sophisticated painting and coating were added to enhance flexibility and bring delivery schedules under our control.
To improve the company's business processes from estimating through to invoicing MIETrak software was installed in 2008. Designed for sheet metal companies, MIETrak has proven to be a major asset within our company assisting in enabling us to meet the requirements for our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation which was first awarded in 2001.
